Hilary is in Canada, so ETM welcomes returning guest John Morgan to the show. The guys are bummed out about the state of news media. They've read an article from former ABC newsman Ted Koppel, who points out that broadcast news is in dire shape as we enter the 2010s.
John and ETM discuss why this is, both from Koppel's article and their own experience, and try to come up with some solutions to stop the endless bummer.
